"I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes. When I got home, I realized several items were missing from my order. I strongly advise anyone picking up an order to double-check that everything is included, and don’t rely on the stated pickup time—expect to wait at least another 15 minutes. On a positive note, the food I did receive was good; otherwise, I would have given it just one star."
