The name of the restaurant...? The place in the highs of Battant de la vieux endormie under a sun worthy of the Luberon where the old stone but not dry interior. At the piano a young boy At the service a young A table of old young people who have savored a gaspacho with its coriander sorbet and mint sauce falafelles and 2-course zucchini spaghetti perhaps vegan but so well developed to visual and taste... Don’t hesitate to cross the door neither blue nor fir but to a culinary universe filled with gustative color.
Discovery of this restaurant thanks to a gift card offered by friends: very nice setting (old stones! , friendly boss/waiter and connoisseur (food and wine but in simplicity, quality, sophisticated and refined cuisine, and reasonable prices ! After several passages in this establishment, my opinion remains unchanged, a creative cuisine with quality products, an efficient and discreet service, a high price ratio challenging any competition, this is the best address in Besançon!
Well hidden in Besançon it's not missing anything, everything was very good and original! Fresh products and dressage worthy of a good restaurant, would lack more work on desserts but everything is perfect.
