This is the worst dinner and service I have ever had. we were told that there was no lobster. There was no seafood tower. It was because they had over 300 reservations, so we don’t have that . then the waiter informed us that we could have crab legs. We waited over two hours for our food. The crab legs were served, empty, no crab meat inside and ice cold. the food was so bad that we finally got it replaced. My son literally threw up from fishy crab legs. The waiter and manager didn’t care and informed us that corporate made them over book. The steak that was ordered medium was literally raw and bloody. And ice cold. Started the night off with getting seated 25 minutes after our reservation time. Once we were seated, the table we were set at had not been cleaned properly. After greeting us our server went MIA after he said he would be right back to get our order. The shrimp appetizer and crab cakes were both over cooked. Excellent wood ambiance, friendly, helpful staff. The wine list is limited. We just had appetizers at the bar, including the tuna tower, shrimp cocktail, and oysters. The oysters were excellent, served with a tart sauce. The shrimp were a little overdone, and the tuna tower with a bed of avocado relish was excellent. We ate at the bar; plates could have been cleared faster. Valet park, the adjacent street is closed.

Terrible experience on Mothers Day.. wait staff could care less about subpar food.. Manager did comp meal after saying corporate made them overbook… will not be back.. used to be one of my favorite places.. Update my faith was restore when one of the managing partners reached out today and apologized.. It was genuine and heartfelt.. Any business can have a bad day, but how they recovered is what is important to me..
My kids and wife took me here for Father's Day Stephen was or waiter and he was very attentive to our needs top notch customer service and the food was everything that we expected this will be my go to steak house from here on out good job team, I am a well pleased customer.
Absolutely delicious! It was all about the ambience and of course, the fine dining experience. Adding a lump of crab meat on top of my steak made my vision more clearer, I was at the right place at the right time. I can’t wait to revisit Flemmings prime steakhouse!
