My wife and I looked forward to a visit to Lagesse's Stadium. We were excited to try some New Orleans cuisine. We had eaten at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen in down town Disney a few weeks ago and had a wonderful Pasta Jambalaya so we decided to order that so we could compare. The included picture is what we both received as a New Orleans style Jambalya. To me it looked like Fettucine Alfredo that had some shrimps and small bits of sausage added. I dont like alfredo. We were comped one meal but disappointed that at Emerils we did not receive any New Orleans style food. We wondered if this was a mistake of is it really supposed to be on the menu this way?
