The dinner at the Logis de Cadène allowed me to discover Chef Thibaut Gamba, who offers a colourful and delicate cuisine at a time. This benevolent and demanding man in the choice of his products perfectly masters the accuracy of his cooking. I will only make a eg remark the sauces must sublimate the dishes and not drown them.to achieve a perfect balance in the dishes. Chef Thibaut just arrived at the Logis just a week ago and the work done is remarkable.
Really excellent, I am pleased that management has chosen to invest in this super chef, Thibault Gamba, on the already very impressive course! It feels clearly on the plates. The service is also very pleasant, not to mention the wines, of course
