Honestly, if I could give less than 1 star I would - I have had consistently poor service at this particular McDonald's going back several years now! Every year or so, if I am in the area, I will try it again, but, nope, it is still terrible. Had extremely rude service from two drive-through staff members here today...just no concept of customer service. Took my order wrong and then refused to correct it. I know it is probably a long-shot that management or owners look at these review but if you do, some serious customer service training is in order here.
Its McDonalds yeah I know, staffed mostly by teenagers that happens to be there first job (and it shows). I'm not painting all teens this way and its not just confined to McD's most fastfood have young workers, they have to start somewhere. Good employees come from good leaders. McDonalds Commonwealth could use a lesson from McDonalds Topsail Rd, St. John's...OUTSTANDING customer service.
As much previous review was 6 months ago, I see McD has changed everything! . The staff were very friendly & professional. With the new "build your own burger " selection there was a dedicated staff person to assist with ordering. Very impressed with how things have changed. Don't expect me there every week but when I decide on McD it'll be this one!
Tried to order a Mcdouble with no ketchup, no mustard, with lettuce, they tried to charge me 70 cents for the lettuce. They never ever did that before, but they were adamant to charge me extra. So I left, telling them I would never be back and enjoyed a $6 fill up at KFC.

great option when you don't want to cook. Not sure of the % of real beef but not bad. the fries are great and the drive thru is starting to speed up at this location.
POOR drive threw service! EGGLESS breakfast sandwiches, with dried inedible muffins! And COLD coffee. U guys REALLY dropped the ball today . Back to...
I think this McDonald's has come a long way. Very clean location and the staff is helpful . Lots of wraps and salads to choose from. Give it a try!!
This is my favourite McDonald's. The staff are always polite friendly my order is always accurate. Great job, guys!
