There were 5 of us eating. I had reserved a specific table a week before and it was confirmed to me twice that we would get this table at 12pm! When we arrived the table was occupied by a few coffee ladies who had been there all morning and made no move to leave! The waitress took this very lightly and showed us to another table instead of making it clear to the ladies that they had to make room!! The food was cathastrofal, had a cordon bleu with fries and vegetables. The fries were totally over salted and with the cordon bleu the whole breading fell off when cutting, which wasn't supposed to happen and I had to look for the cheese
Been here a couple times. Stayed at the Holiday Inn down the street. Good choice of local food and service is good as well. They don't speak much English and seems that the English menu is quite scaled down. Still, a nice place to grab...a bite and a drink. I would go back

Pampering staff, child-friendly entrance with space between tables. Food was good, large portion sizes and cheap. We brought visitors from abroad and they enjoyed tasting all Swiss foods. We had a great evening and will be back!

we ordered cheese kitten extra serving yesterday and without speck. I also called the restaurant. the order kahm after almost 1.30 hours and we got a meal with speckles that we couldn't even eat at the end.
Loved this restaurant for true authenticity of Swiss food! Great value, a fun and a very efficient Waitress, super location to our Hotel. We left Zürich yearning to return! Tasmania
High quality meat dishes at reasonable prices. Garnishes are simple, but meat is great. Friendly atmosphere, a plain retro-style interior
