My family and I had dinner there on a Friday night. Service was absolutely awesome. The food was amazing! The amount of flavor in every dish we tried was incredible! We had a party of ten and everyone had a different dish and all of us were more than pleased and enjoyed every fish. Including our very picky 7 year old. The maragarita choices were great and there's a mango chili margarita that is a must try! We will definitely be back! The food was absolutely worth the drive from Boulder City! I'm already craving the street corn chorizo stuffed jalapeños!
I had lunch today at SALUD and I tell you the food and service was awesome. I had a Shrimp dish with cilantro rice and black bean which was to die for. I mean the Presentation of this dish was excellent. I asked for a Garlic Butter Sauce to go with it prior to tasting it and they made me one up. Very Very tasty. The shrimp really did not need the sauce because they were so so Flavorful. I give this Mexican Bistro a 10 on food and service. Thanks so much for a delightful experience. 08/02/17
Vegas has a lot of Mexican restaurants, but NONE of them come close to the authentic flavor of Salud. I'm Mexican myself, and if I had to pick one spot in town to take my family this would be it!!! The ppl are amazing, and they treat you like family there. Best in Vegas hands down. Don't delay in heading down there guys, you'll thank me later for finding this place for you

We came to Las Vegas to visit friends and went to Salud! for lunch today. It was the best Mexican restaurant! I highly recommend this Restaurant. I had one of their specialities 'Polo Sarandeado '. It came with a Spanish cilantro rice which was heavenly. I know I will come back to Las Vegas just to dine at this restaurant.
Amazing beautiful friendly and knowledge staff plus a vegan menu that is just wonderful. And their salsa might be the best I’ve ever had without any exaggeration. $5 draft beers plus an excellent selection on tap make this 100% worth visiting and spending your money at. If I could give them seven stars I would.
Great place. Traditional mexican food with a flare. The owners and staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Margaritas from scratch and oh so good. And the appetizers we had were delicious. Cant wait to go back. If you are looking for real good mexican food, Come visit this place you wont disappointed.
I brought my mom to this restaurant for brunch and it was amazing. The staff was fantastic and the chef is phenomenal. It's definitely worth a try. The chips and homemade salsa were delicious. Make sure to let the manager know they have a great chef and to treat him well. He's truly one of a kind.

This place has some flavors out if this world! I'm from Houston and we know Mexican food and this place is upgraded food! Our waitress was freaking nice as ever!
