Hmm. Something was off at this recent dining event. I brought my mother niece to celebrate my birthday. I made my reservation about a month ½ in advance and requested center seating and a seasoned server. At an early check in, the male manager looked over the notes but did not enthusiastically greet us or mention my birthday “Celebrating a birthday folks? Welcome,” etc.., etc..” Okay, whatever, older Vegas managers aren’t the most energetic greeters. Moving right along. We had a fantastic experience dining at Scarpetta. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary so decided to splurge on the tasting menu with wine pairing. Every course of the tasting menu was superb we very much enjoyed the taste and presentation of the dishes and the wine they were paired with. There was not one thing we did not like. Great dining experience all around. And if you get a window table you can have a view of Fountains at Bellagio
Best meal ever. We were sat right by the window and got to watch the Bellagio water show. The entire meal was amazing from the bread to our carpaccio appetizer and spaghetti and chicken Marsala entrees. We finished with the tiramisu which was to die for. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Vegas
The restaurant environment was set up nicely and the service was great!!! However the food was not the best. My husband ordered short rib and he said it tasted like a pot roast. Also the portion size was a bit small. I ordered the lamb bolganese and my dish was ok. We probably won’t return to this one

Made breakfast reservations when staying at the Cosmopolitan. Food and service was terrific!! Very filling and you get your own coffee pot.
Went by myself for breakfast. Sat at bar. Service was very good. I had the pancakes. They are huge. Place was packed.
Love the brunch, Short Ribs Benedict my favorite! The fresh ground burger for dinner wonderful as well!
