Expect to pay a bit more at Starbucks due to its prime location. Thanks to our Hilton status, we had a $15 per person allowance to spend on-site at the Tropicana. With limited options elsewhere, we chose Starbucks. The service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful—no complaints there. I found hair in their sandwiches and they got mad at me because I asked for fresh sandwiches, can you believe that???Apparently the standards are different in Seattle vs Vegas.In Seattle, if you don’t find your food up to standard, Starbucks would give you a fresh replacement at no charge.In Vegas, I found hair in my food and not only they didn’t give me a free replacement, but also when I asked for a cup of water, they charged me for it!Shame on you Starbucks!
The Starbucks location had unusual odors that didn’t match the typical atmosphere of the brand. The staff appeared unenthusiastic, and with just three employees working, they had difficulty handling about 30 customers waiting in line. Overall, I would give the service a 1 out of 5, and the menu experience was overshadowed by the poor service.
The service was slow, and the staff wasn't as friendly as I’m accustomed to in Washington. The prices were quite high as well—$6.77 for a medium cold brew? Seriously? Overall, I would rate the service 2 out of 5.

I should have stuck with my usual Caramel Macchiato. I decided to try something new, but I won't make that mistake again. I can't even remember what I ordered, which says it all. Food: 3/5.
