Friends took us to dinner here. First we were shown to our table. It was located in a separate building next to the restaurant. We were a party of 4 wanting to have a good dinner with great atmosphere. Well this looked like an out building, dirty floors, noisy, dirty windows, visable food on the floor. The food was passable, but our friend ordered a burger which arrived looking like a piece of charcoal. He sent it back. We were finished with our meals before he got his burger. He then asked for mustard 3 times, he never got it and ate it without it. I forgot to mention, the wait staff had to bring us our food from the restaurant kitchen, through the outside, then into our building. Not real...
It was my first time visiting this location and it was amazing! The wait wasn’t too bad yet I do recommend making a reservation. Everything I had was delicious which was a variety of things, and Chef Micheal cooked my medium well steak to perfection! Major kudos to the Chef for producing yummy quality meals with the pressure of a packed restaurant! The crab cake bites I ordered were so tasty, they just weren’t enough in quantity and left me wanting more! It was very busy and my server Melody did a fantastic job keeping up with all her tables! She was a very friendly lady and I look forward to seeing her for next go round!
I ordered the Chicken Chipotle Pasta, but it did not meet my expectations. The pasta needed more sauce, there was hardly any chicken in the dish, and it was served lukewarm. When I mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday in our group, the server's tone suggested she didn’t believe me. All I got was a lackluster response about free Sundays, which didn't feel special at all.
Overall, it was a mediocre experience. I remember the Cheesecake Factory providing much better service in the past, but it seems things have changed.
We ordered the fried zucchini and they had a burnt oil after taste. Our server was always in a rush and the communication was horrible. Because of the poor communication we paid more for things we could have done without. We assumed you get a free cheesecake on your birthday but they charged us for it after without telling us it wasn’t free. My son ordered a salad with his lunch special pasta without knowing it wasn’t part of the special. If the server had cleared things up, we wouldn’t have gotten the extra items.

The portions of food are quite generous, but I found them to be a bit overpriced since the food was not particularly exceptional. While some dishes were enjoyable, others were merely average, and a few were disappointing. I expected more for the price. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the cheesecake was excellent. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, although it was unfortunately quite noisy.
Delectable food as expected with any Cheesecake Factory, a must try dish is the avocado roll appetizer. The service was not too slow but this location is popular on a Friday night. The tables and bar seating are nice and clean. I look forward to coming back soon.

The food I was served was absurdly small in portion. When I raised my concern, they did fix the dish, but I had to wait for a while.
