I ordered a large chai tea latte and tried to explain that it costs $3.98 everywhere in Canada. However, they never offered to refund the difference, even though I didn't ask for it myself, as I assumed they'd think I was trying to be difficult. The woman at the counter even told me that there’s no such thing as vanilla syrup in chai tea lattes, but I explained that it's my regular drink. The young man who took my order is not at fault; I understand he's just starting out and working hard. However, the other staff members who knew they charged me more didn’t think to refund me. Thank you for your service, and I hope things improve!
Staff was friendly enough but we were taken back by how dirty everything was. We’ve been stopping at this location for years have noticed big decline in cleanliness. This last visit took the cake! Everything was dirty, washrooms, tables, floors, garbage cans outside were overflowing. Not sure if it’s under new management or not? Hopefully this will be addressed as the location is so convenient!
I witnessed an older male employee use the restroom right after I did. While I was drying my hands, he exited without washing his hands and returned to preparing food and drinks. It was quite unpleasant to see. I definitely won't be ordering from this place if he's on duty.
The woman who served me has been working there for over seven years. I appreciate her going above and beyond with my order. She insisted that I stay until I got the graham pieces for my drink. I tried the s'mores ice cap for the first time, and it was excellent! Book a table now
At this location, despite how busy it was, the drive-thru service at this Tim Hortons was surprisingly quick. My order was delivered accurately, and the service was excellent. Plus, the food was great—no complaints at all!
Worst experience. Just ordered a toasted bagel with butter ans bacon. Couldn't pick up the bagel from all the butter and one piece of bacon. For $3.66????
