First rule of Comox Tim's: always use the drive-thru. If you think you'll get ahead of the 16-car line inside, think again. Not even if you place your order ahead of time. However, the coffee orders are generally accurate; I’d say only about 1 or 2 out of every 10 coffees I order are incorrect. This usually happens because of insufficient mixing or due to the staff not noticing that the sugar or cream dispensers are running low. The latter is more often the issue than the former. On the bright side, the staff are always polite and seem cheerful, which definitely adds to the positive experience.
This is a prime Tim hortons location. Staff are quite friendly, fast, and consistent. The location tends to not be as busy as others in the area, at least outside of peak morning hours. The kicker is that they regularly stock donuts that are very seldom seen at other locations and are rock star products especially the strawberry vanilla and sugar old fashion plain. I will continue coming here happily and suggest you do too.Cheers!
Whenever I'm stuck to go to the one on lerwick I always regret it poor service, not friendly reception,lack of comprehension from the staff , on the drive true they screw up the order very often ,was told that after I came back because they'd screw up my order that I was lying, made me feel like I was the one at fault, etc... they sure could learn how to deal with customer from the tim on anderton rd.
The service here is excellent—friendly and quick. The food meets Tim's usual standards; it's decent but never outstanding. Unfortunately, this location feels quite impersonal and crowded, even when there aren't many customers. Book a table now
My wife was craving chili, so we decided to go get some—haha! It's a nice place with a drive-thru and parking available. There are several shops nearby to explore. The coffee was hot, and the chili was delicious!
One of the two spots in the valley with a drive-thru, and it can get quite busy at times. As for parking, the drive-thru shares the parking lot, so be ready for some chaos if it's crowded.
Tim Horton's yummy treats! Staff here is pretty cool. The place is always busy since it's the only Timmie's in Parksville.
