Stopped at the Ontario Enroute station at Odessa to get a fast Tim Horton's coffee. Went to the express lane which only had about 5 customers in line. The so-called service staff seemed to be indifferent to serving the customers. It took us 35 minutes...to get served in the express lane and we only ordered a coffee! The guy in front of us said to the server, The customers in the regular lane are getting served in 5 minutes. The express lane is 30 minutes The server just laughed it off, like it was no big deal. To add insult to injury, the staff were more pre-occupied with doing Non-customer related activities such as cleaning the counter and engaging in small talk.
I find it very disappointing when a company such as Tim Hortons launches a campaign to promote a new service or offering, such as their app only to visit a location that says they know nothing about the app and then obviously can't/won't take payment...via their own app. I've been to other timmies that haven't integrated the hardware needed, but at least they'll manually read the bar code from the app to accept payment. No such offering here.
We stopped there for a coffee last week around 4pm. There was a huge lineup, but only 2 cashiers were serving customers. Even then, they were very slow compared to the other Tim Hortons. When we were about to be served was when they opened...another cashier. We stood in the long lineup for more then 15 minutes. They were friendly but slow at that time.
quite upset about her no monetary policy. but if the debit machine is down, our money is in order. if they think cash is dirty, then they close the food areas when the debit machine is only the washrooms below. during my trip cashless on a way up on the way...home machines down so my cash was ok. I ordered for my family 4 breakfast meal 3 x #1 and 1 x #5. There was no cheese and eggs in it. Just the bread and the meat. When we open and realize this, we where already on the road. OnRoute in Napanee is...bad.... Dont go there. I forgot there was suppose to have 4 patatos. I just got 3.
tim hortons should not be considered as almost food restaurant, they have decided to use everything, most take time to prepare themselves and the staff is not good. 15 minutes waiting for coffee, both were wrong. pay their employees more, train them.
there is a bad choice compared to other timmies and they will not take time to do that which are normal to others. the lines are so long that it is useless to get a coffee. it is a stop for busloads of...tourists
Stopped here on our way home from Kingston. Jeffrey knew about combo prices which was a good thing as we saved some Had the soup not that great and Chicken salad sandwich which was OK. Overall experience was ok Book a table now
requires that during the journey with the painful speed limit of only 100 KM/h, so I pulled here for coffee. if I drive slowly, it could also enjoy a tim’s.
