4 stars for a few reasons, the salad bar didn't offer much I felt, but everything seemed super fresh, only 2 gauchos bringing around meat so it seemed like awhile in between offerings, grilled pineapple is only on the weekends I guess so we had to order it on the side and pay extra, which I totally wouldn't of cared about until I saw them being two slices to the table behind us.... Most of the meat had good flavor but some was pretty tough. They never brought around the grilled shrimp so we didn't get to try that. Everyone was super nice and attentive. Every year this is our Thanksgiving tradition This year my mother was able to be with us. Yes seated close to a hour after reservations but I knew that since coming here for at least 5 years Unfortunately I quess things was not ready as usual some missing items from regular dinner settings aka cheesebread Also some meat and fish never came by We finally got lamb chops when we're nearly full also sausage around one time was not fully cooked? If you are a meat lover this is your place! Beautiful dining area with a spacious salad and entree area with all your Sunday brunch favorites.The prime rib, tri-tip and garlic steak were scrumptious as well as the bacon wrapped turkey available sliced fresh at your table. The fried bananas with whipped cream was a great sweet treat. Great attentive service really made this an enjoyable belated birthday treat for me from my family. This is a new Vegas favorite, bring your appetite!

I had a reservation but when I got to restaurant it took almost 30 minutes before we were seated. So waitress gave us the Sterling meal. Good thing my husband brought enough for that is not what we had decided on from the menu. Also our waitress never came back to check on us. Thats why I have the stars that I gave. Also is there a way I can get a copy of receipt. We spent over 150 dinning there last night
Poor service, bad experience. Been going there twice a year for over 12 years on feb 14 and anniversary's and even had a small wedding there in 2017. Meat was over cooked and dry. Sides are half the size from previous years.Smallest I've ever seen. Asked for refill of bread and was just ignored to the point we just decided to pay and leave . Will not return.
Via Brasil always delivers exceptional food and service. We had family visiting from out of town and they were impressed. Despite the crowd, the staff made us feel like we were the only ones there by continuously checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.
Our kids bought us a certificate to dine at Via Brazil. The food and service was excellent. The restaurant is lovely and we really enjoyed dining here.
