We were the second people in at 9am. Ordered a bottle of champagne as soon as we sat down. 40 mins later we still didn't have the champagne we ordered (after the waiter brought the wrong bottle etc. and could not have cared any less). Manager cared a little, but much less than I would have expected. Not to mention they brought the food out after 15 mins, even though we still didn't have our wine. I have been to Wally's in Beverly Hills several times with outstanding experiences so I had high hopes for the Wally's wine bar here in Las Vegas however sadly the experience fell miserably short. For starters the ambiance was like a strip mall and the food was not even average. The wine selections were like the other locations, which had an amazing menu/options, however the wine that we ordered (one that we regularly have as we are members of the winery) was off and there was no sommelier to come over and check in and/or clear up any issues. Finally, the server was adequate and polite so I don't really fault him, it was just an overall experience that doesn't translate in Las Vegas. Too bad...
Have been here twice in a short span of two days and can say the food is amazing. Service, presentation, and environment is on queue with the whole Casino. Must order the charcuterie board as it presents a variety of flavors before your actual entree. Have tried 5+ main courses and all of them have a unique aspect that would make me come back and try again. If you’re in the casino or area, give it a try.

My wife and I visited for a mid-afternoon snack after checking into our hotel. We decided to try the build-your-own charcuterie board along with a couple of glasses of wine, following some recommendations from our server. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food was outstanding, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Food was Amazing, service was great, I had the charcuterie plate , truffle gnocchi, Wally burger and roasted vegetables. Everything was cooked perfectly. I had one little mishap but was able to get it resolved immediately! 10/10 would recommend !
The experience here isn't quite on par with their Beverly Hills location. While the food menu is similar and the wine selection is decent, the service does not meet the expectations set by Wally's.
As for vegetarian options, there is a decent variety available in the 'For the Table' section, but there are no vegetarian selections in the 'Main Courses' or 'Dishes for Two or More' sections.

Went spur of the moment. The hamburger was juicy and delicious, the truffle fries outstanding .my wife had the rueben meat had very bold taste and there was a lot of it.
Tried 4 restaurants in the resort and this one was the best. Lovely wine list. Wagyu beef was perfectly cooked.
