Every since they joined skip the dishes I have ordered at least once a month from here. Same order, butter chicken and kimchi fireballs! It just has everything! The flavors are amazing and the kimchi balls are on the right spot for spiciness. I do miss getting a fortune cookie and the staff but besides that the taste of the food is amazing. It would be great if the availability of the toppings is always there. Sometimes they don't have certain toppings
Some staff have little to no knowledge of what gluten is. I explained to them I’m celiac and cannot have gluten, doubled checked everything I was getting was gf to which they said yes. The next time my mom was ordering for me and she ended up having to ask the manager because the other workers didn’t know what was gf. Found out the dish I got that I thought was gf was not.
It was our first visit to a Wok Box. We had Ginger Chicken, spring rolls, Pad Thai and Thai Chicken. The food was fresh, hot and ready very quickly. We wanted take away and the options were eat in or take away which was perfect for us. Staff was friendly and patient while we newbies deliberated all of the choices. There was something for all tastes- sweet, spicy, curried.
Went here twice while in Kamloops. First time was great, fast, friendly, tasty food. Went back with the rest of my family, told them it was fantastic. Very disappointing second visit. Ginger beef was burnt. My wife’s pho was also somehow burnt tasting. A real bummer as my first meal was great. Probably would not go again. Book a table now
The cooking station is filthy with food all around the burners in stagnant water. Utensils are in a bucket with white water that’s been sitting there for a long time. This place needs to be cleaned big time. Find another place to eat.
Used to be fantastic about 8 years ago. Prices way up, staff unenthusiastic at best, food quality a step down from what it used to be. Untidy and beverage despenser working poorly as well. I miss the old says
It is conveniently located near the hotel district. You can phone your order in ahead of time or walk in and place it. And the service is fast and the food tastes great
Horrible dinner food. Was burnt and noodles were sticky tables were dirty. No cutlery in trays. Disappointed and won’t go back !!!! Book a table now
Had the sweet Mongolian noodle box. If I specify that it’s an allergy they are generally pretty good about it. It’s always yummy.
