"The restaurant boasts that all the food is homemade in the kitchen, but we witnessed two waiters carrying items from Asda (a supermarket) including frozen food, glasses, and more. The quality of the meal was disappointing given the high prices in Glasgow city, although we expected lower quality due to the cheap prices. They attempted to pass off low grade ingredients as better quality. To make matters worse, our bill included drinks we didn't order and we were forced to pay for them. The staff, particularly Gino D'acampo, was rude and arrogant. Only after causing a scene did they finally admit their mistake and remove the unauthorized charges."
