This restaurant was a lifesaver on my trip from Atlanta to Tampa. There aren't many vegan options along this route, especially for breakfast. A Cup of Comfort may only have two vegan options on their menu, but they are fantastic. We tried the Tofu scramble and it was one of the best I've ever had, perfectly seasoned. The potatoes were also delicious, they didn't even need ketchup. Despite being a small diner, you could tell that they put a lot of love and care into their food. The place was surprisingly clean, the food was well presented, the service was friendly and prompt (even at 7 a.m.), and the meal was tasty. This is a must-stop for vegan travelers, but they also have plenty of options...

The restaurant shows promise and is making an effort, but they could use some assistance and their prices are too high. I waited a long time for my expensive $50 pancakes and French toast meal for two people. I still left a tip, bringing the total to over $50, and they also added their own service fee. I wasn't impressed and don't plan on returning.
