Decent Indian Food, presented well and quick delivery most of the time- though there have been times when it has taken 2 hours plus for the food to arrive with no explanation. Pricing is in the average range. They have tonight decided to come off the Uber Eats and Just Eat platforms. A real retrograde step with no loyalty/discount system on their own app to replace it. I hope they don't regret it as there are other comparable Indians with better offers now,
This restaurant review can be rephrased as: "In one word, the food was appalling. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. The chicken tikka had more onions than chicken, and the excessive spice used seemed to be masking the poor quality of the chicken, which was overcooked and burned my mouth. When I raised my concerns, there was no effort made to address them. Save your money and avoid this restaurant at all costs."
Cancelled my order twice on Uber Eats with no phone call to explain. Cancellation message on app said they were not accepting any new orders but at the time of writing they were still accepting new orders on Uber Eats, Just Eat etc. Very disappointing as been a regular customer before this and always found them a good restaurant. But they have to behave better than this.
We have used this take out many times and always enjoyed it. I rang to place an order today and was told I have to use the website which wouldn't accept my login details so they have just lost over £85 in 1 booking to another take away. Now they have also lost a customer because they can't be bothered to take telephone orders anymore
