This year we visited the restaurant directly on the first holiday day in Heiligenhafen. It was a Tuesday and quite full. But we could get another table. The service was always friendly and very dedicated. However, we had to wait very long for our drinks. The food came even faster. After all, they apologized. We found both food very tasty and sufficient of the amount. If you get too cold outside (where we sat) you can ask for a blanket. I'll call the service. The restaurant for Heiligenhafen is still moderate. If you like Italian food, at least look at the map. Unfortunately, I have to take a star for the late drinks and missing masks in Covid-19 time.
The food was ok but not super. The staff is always very friendly and seems to care about your well being. My chicken was not correct according to menu but ok. My husbands pizza was ok but not super. The ham on the pizza was boiled not smoked. Maybe that is the custom in Germany. My chicken was loaded with garlic and I did not order that. It seems they just took something they had in the kitchen and served it. Anyhow lively staff.
Super, you can only recommend. Ordering and picking at short notice also worked smoothly. The boss always kind and courteous whether we were in the restaurant or have ordered “Other House”. Pizza is tastefully super and plentiful. With the noodles you are not cooked softly and the shrimps do not have to be searched. Can only recommend!
Always when visiting Heiligenhafen we have at least one meal at restaurant Al Mare. (Earlier Ostseeblick). So also this time. We had salmon pasta and pasta dello chef (hackfleisch), both very very tasty.

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The price-performance ratio was also correct. They felt comfortable. Pleasant ambience. Recommended!
Fantastisk service, pizza and great house wine. Really friendly and fantastic help language wise, be prepared to book though, got really busy about 20:00
