When I called to place an order, the person I spoke to quoted me a price but didn’t take my name or phone number, nor did he inform me how long it would take. I told him I would be there in a bit. He acted as if he didn’t understand English, despite working in America. He claimed the order would take 30 minutes, but by the time I arrived 45 minutes later, nothing was ready.
