I recently visited Applebee's with my friends and had a fantastic experience, largely due to the excellent service provided by Melissa. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, making our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Applebee's and request to be served by Melissa!
I was very disappointed with the service provided by our waitress, who seemed to be experienced. The portions for refills were quite small, and instead of her asking if I wanted a refill, I had to request one myself. Her reaction was unimpressive, and her body language was not welcoming. In contrast, I noticed another waitress engaging with her customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, which made the difference even more apparent.
During happy hour, the drink specials are fantastic. The food is good and reasonably priced. I usually sit in the bar area, and the bartenders and waitstaff are exceptional. For those with dietary restrictions, there are several gluten-sensitive options available, though be aware of the possibility of cross-contamination. Unfortunately, none of the happy hour appetizers are gluten-free.

We were there for lunch and they allowed two drunk women talk and act disrespectful. They also served them alcohol when they came in atoixicated.

30 minutes for Melissa our waitress to ignore me. Robert the manager is a reasonable person though.
