I used to love coming here but the last time I went was my last visit. For starters, they took so long to just bring me my baby's water, but our server kept taking other people's drink orders and bringing them. Then there was a hair in my son's quesadilla, disgusting! I was so grossed out I still tipped but didn't bother saying anything; the whole experience was just terrible and I'd just rather never go back. Our server was the worst we've had by far. Our receipt says her name is Susan G. She needs more training; we didn't even want to tip her. Oh, and the food wasn't good either, sadly. Nobody's was.
We just stopped in for an appetizer night. All of the appetizers are tasty. Our server was friendly and kept our glasses full. The manager was great, he brought out some of our food. When I realized I left my wallet at home he was very understanding and said I could come back later that night or the next day to pay. Our waitress even offered to help us out. I was embarrassed but grateful. I went home and came right back to pay and leave a generous tip.
I had the Prime Rib and it was really good. Service at the bar was great as well, Michelle was friendly and really helpful. I came back the next night and had her suggestion; Salmon with grilled onions and jalapeños. Incredible!!!
