Bad service, I called the supposed manager George about how he messed up my order, then he turns around and starts arguing with me that it was my fault after I told him I was allergic to onions before I placed the order, simple request, how can you get this wrong... hope the owner sees this
The food and service were excellent, but I’m not a fan of paper straws. They have a noticeable taste and tend to fall apart quickly. Fortunately, I was on my way home where I have plastic straws.
As of 11/22/2022, Arby's is the only franchise serving Good Burgers. Major plus having this novelty, but the food is definitely good.
