The food was horrible! First of all, I ordered a regular combo meal, and received and was charged for a large. When I received my food, it was all cold and old. The burger was soggy. Lastly, the food is ridiculously overpriced! I paid $21.49 for an old cold, curly fries, and a drink. I requested my money back, and they accommodated me with no problem, although the lady who assisted me didn't seem too happy. I drove across the street to a teriyaki restaurant, where I got 2 meals for less than what Arby's was charging me for 1. I ate off each of these meals twice.
Arby's used to be really great, but the prices are now too high. The portion sizes have changed, and the quality has noticeably declined, especially considering the high prices. The beef and cheddar sandwiches were not enjoyable. For three sandwiches, a large soda, and curly fries, the total came to about $38.00, so I won't be returning.
I don't care what your policies are or whatever the reason is but when I ordered beef and cheddar and you guys don't remind me about Arby's sauce and horsey sauce give it to me as a courtesy like you used to... 1 Star service!

It's OK if you want something different. Not a big roast beef fan but the turkey is pretty
The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding.
The Wagyu burger was delicious and definitely worth trying for any burger enthusiast.
