Beautiful restaurant still, after all these years. But where we hoped for a change with the new chef, we were disappointed in his choices. No sparkle, little or no use of acids, no tension on the plate, no fantasy or even something to get really mad about. Technically also some things to wish for, although one can see this is a talented chef. Dare to cook, I’d say, create instead of repeating history.
