We made a reservation the day before for my birthday dinner. When we arrived, we initially felt a bit underdressed compared to the local patrons, but we were warmly welcomed by the staff and owners of the Manor. We had plenty of time to peruse the menu and wine list. Our starters, scallops and a trio of mushroom parcel, were excellent. We opted for the beef Wellington for our main course, which had a minimum order of two. This was a new experience for us, but we were impressed with the portion size, two potato dishes, spinach, and hollandaise.
