Azteca is not life-changing, but it is a decent option. You can say many of the items are skillful, but the products themselves are fresh. The menu has a section called “vegi-mex” with a clearly marked vegan dish while the others can be modified. Staff usually understand the word “vegan”, but I usually change it to be clear. The Mexican rice has chicken stock, and the fried beans are not vegan. It will be forgotten that chicken stock is not vegan (especially in Mill Creek, where the word vegan hardly exists) so be careful.
