Had Sunday brunch, food was great. The food lasted a little longer than expected due to lack of personnel. Not the restaurant's fault, pandemic overflow. The service was excellent, the food was delicious. For years now, Baleen has always been a pleasant experience.
Like a hidden gem, I know some of the locals know and from the city tourists stay at Hotel Portofino. Great place, air conditioning is killer and if you stop outside you can see some of the tropical fish in the marina.
Always good food and staff are usually very good....but this time our server was fantastic (thanks to Blythe)! Great ambience and good prices...and how to get here.
The food is great but don?t try to celebrate a birthday there because they just bring out a candle on a plate?
