This has always been one of the best Baskin-Robbins locations in the North OC area, but it looks especially great after the recent remodel! The seating is really comfortable and I love the new display cases, as they make the unique character cones look especially more appealing. We recently came here and were served by Judah, who was really friendly and kind. He took the time to answer questions about some of the new flavors and seasonal cakes, offered us samples, and made us feel comfortable enough to enjoy our ice cream in-store without feeling rushed even though it was close to the store's closing time. We've been exploring the new ice cream shops in the area, as well as revisiting some of the classics. Baskin-Robbins never disappoints us. We’ve been loyal customers for years, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, even during busy times. Their ice cream is always delicious and dependable. The ice cream cakes are also a treat. This is definitely a place we will continue to visit. Additionally, they offer both indoor and outdoor seating options.
This baskin-robbins is pretty regular but what makes it stand out is the customer service. They were doing a promotion so obviously they were very busy but the staff (didn't get her name but she had an up-do with curly hair) was very kind and helpful. Even though she was overwhelmed she had a smile on her face and was eager to help the customers. Great service, will come back.
Our local Baskin-Robbins didn't offer the SpongeBob cake design but luckily this location did and wasn't too much farther from our home.The cake was a little messed up when I picked it up but it was immediately fixed.Service was great and this was probably the nicest and cleanest location I've ever been too. I visited the other day for a dessert with my sister and was warmly welcomed by Douglass. He is such a kind and welcoming person, and it's clear how dedicated he is to his job. I would definitely return just to see him again! Thank you, Douglass, for a fantastic experience. I'll be back soon!

Fantastic spot! I'm impressed by their attention to detail when creating ice cream cakes with custom photos on top. It's especially wonderful for ordering birthday cakes during the summer.
