My son's backpack got stolen at the beginning of the month in front of this store because they are not allowed to have backpacks inside. That same day, he went to Baskin Robbins to ask if someone had turned it in and was told no. The next day, he asked again, gave a description of the backpack, and was told no. This Baskin Robbins is located in the same plaza as Dollar Tree with plenty of parking. My husband and I decided to visit this location last night, around 8:15 am. Although no one was ahead of us when we walked in, there soon formed a pretty long line afterwards (we just came at the right time I guess). When we walked in, we were greeted by the employee by the counter. Based on the reviews, I was expecting poor service but it ended up being the opposite. The employee serving us was patient in waiting as we tried 2 flavors and trying to make the decision on what single scoop we wanted to share. I ordered an ice cream cake for my mom's birthday on the Baskin Robbins website. I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream base, with an almond caramel decoration. I asked if the almonds could be changed out for peanuts in the comments section, and I submitted my order. They called me a few minutes later and asked if pecans would be okay instead (as they didn't have peanuts for topping) I really liked the quick communication and the offer! I told them the almonds would be fine, since they didn't have peanuts. This was the most unwelcoming Baskin-Robbins I've ever visited. When we entered the ice cream shop, the two girls working there didn’t say a single word to us. I ordered my milkshake from the young blonde employee, and there was still no verbal interaction. My husband placed his order with the dark-haired girl who has a lip piercing; she turned to whisper something to the blonde, they both laughed, and then they just faced away from us again—still no words. After we finished our milkshakes, we put them on the counter and started to leave, and even when my husband said thank you, there was no response. The worst service ever. I pre ordered online a birthday cake and paid for it. Went in day of birthday and they had no record of the order. Showed them my bank statement showing the online deduction and they said they would make it. Went back an hour later and they tell me that the manager said not to make it. That they didn't have record of the order. Didn't offer to make another for a discount or anything just SOL, basically. Never order another thing from that store. So disappointing. It was my daughters 21st birthday cake.
Least friendly staff ever. We moved close by 2 months ago so we've been a few times and they all look like they hate life. Asked about a coupon from there app and why it didn't get taken off and eyes were rolled by 2 of them. They need an update too. Broken booths...
I can’t even count how many times the employees have told us that their blenders are not working if we come in after 9 PM. They’re never friendly, the milkshakes are inconsistent and they often close before 10 PM.
I really enjoy the ice cream, but the staff seem indifferent, and the restaurant always appears unclean. The tables are sticky, there's paper on the floor, and meanwhile, the staff just stands around chatting. Book a table now
