I ordered a cake for my dad's birthday on Wednesday, scheduled a pickup after 8 pm on Saturday. Went to pick up the cake and it was never made. I asked if it could be ready by 10 am the following day and was told no. I NEVER received a call saying my cake order needed to be canceled. I verified my phone number on the order and they had my correct phone number written. Apparently, they couldn’t make my pre-ordered cake due to a power outage, and the girl said her manager called me, which she did not call. Very disappointed in their customer service, and my girls were sad that the cake they picked out for their grandpa was never made.
Oh man, this place just keeps declining (not the ice cream, though). They keep changing staff. I came in for a sundae and an ice cream cone. I asked the girl to add the whipped cream from my sundae to my cone. She responded, “Let me check with my manager to see if that’s okay.” I totally get that she might be new and doesn't want to get in trouble, but what frustrated me was when the manager said, “You can do that if you want, but there will still be a charge for the extra whipped cream.” I was like, “Fine, just charge me.” I guess that’s how they plan to make money—literally, one dollar at a time!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 9:52 PM, and although their posted closing time is 10 PM on Fridays, the staff closed the door in my face. When I pointed out that it wasn't 10 PM yet, the employee didn't respond and told me to get out. I will be reporting this to the franchise. I wish I had recorded it so others could be aware of the situation.
Emily is awesome she is so nice and friendly, excellent customer service from her part, she put a smile on my face because of her smile and willingness to provide good service, it’s 12/13/23 and I didn’t get the other girls name that was there also but was also nice, friendly and has a great smile. These should get a raise definitely deserve more than the minimum !!!!! Book a table now
The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, when I was ready to place my order, I noticed that they were serving customers and handling the ice cream without wearing gloves. This raised some concerns for me, so I decided to leave. Food safety practices like this are very important in the industry.
I called Wednesday evening to order birthday cake by Friday. I thoroughly described the details on what I wanted on the cake after being asked what I want written on the cake and did not receive, therefore I am disappointed for the extra charge.
I can't say enough about this particular Baskin Robbins location! Super friendly, helpful and personable! But beyond that, the ice cream cake decorating is truly top notch! The best I've seen at any Baskin Robbins location!
