We ordered the chocolate and mint ice cream cake based on our past positive experiences. However, this birthday cake ended up being a disappointment instead of the joy we expected to share. The fudge layer was terrible, and instead of the traditional green mint, there was a tasteless white cream. We are deeply dissatisfied with these changes.
Dear restaurant, It’s not the delivery drivers' responsibility to call customers to inform them that you don’t have the items they ordered. Your system already contains their information, so please ensure your staff is properly trained to avoid wasting our time or gas by asking us to do their jobs while we wait without earning any money.

Small, hardly any flavors, no smiles, overpriced and the flavors I did order didn't taste anything like they were supposed to.
The staff is friendly and courteous, and they're more than willing to accommodate any special requests you may have.
Nobody was at store on 10/7 in evening and when guy came he was rude and threatening, no service provided.
