I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was dirty and unsanitary; they don’t wear gloves when handling food and then use the same hands to handle cash. The food items were old and unappealing. When I ordered ice cream, the sprinkles looked and tasted terrible, and the gummy bears were hard as rocks. This has been the same situation for the past five years; the toppings have never been fresh, and they likely haven't even changed them during that time. Additionally, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy, as if they haven’t been cleaned in years. The smell was awful, even with a mask on, and the toilets appeared to never have been cleaned, with toilet paper scattered on the...
Came here late in the evening around 730p. Nobody here, and the parking lot was literally empty. There's 1 employee covering the front and the drive thru. I got the 3 scoop sundae. The sundae itself was decent. The clerk seemed like she had a long day and wanted to go home. She wasn't mean, though. The cones looked stake as heck. The establishment could use some care though. The inside stickers and decals were peeling and were put on pretty bad (wrinkled and sloppy looking). Even the outside storefront name wasn't lit up.
This location is a combo DD and Baskin Robbins. Pull up, and the outside of the building is not well maintained. The inside of the building looks outdated as well. Signage, some broken shelving, etc. Hours posted also had 24 hours but also different hours so not exactly sure what/if they close. It appeared that one staff member was working both inside and drive thru. Ice cream was good, and they had flavors I wanted.
The small chocolate shake I ordered for $7 tasted more like whipped whole milk than a proper shake. It was basically just a thin, runny liquid filled with air bubbles. It was so disappointing that I can’t even tell if they used any ice cream at all. Definitely not worth the price, especially for such a small size. Book a table now
$6.99 for a small cappuccino blast? Nah. The national retail price for this as of July 2022 is $4.69, they charged me $6.99! I should have refused to pay it but I already had the drink in my hand and my mind Was already drinking it. Be aware. Find the next BR.
As soon as we walked in the guy at the counter said ‘can you guys order fast I need to close in 10 minutes.’ He was rude and very hard pressed to give us a hard time. Not cool.
Outstanding! There was only one girl working, and she did an incredible job! She definitely deserves a raise!
My chocolate milk shake was made with ice instead of ice cream. Drive thru is bad.. Book a table now
Love this place for ice cream, but they have the Best egg nog hands down!!
