Unfortunately this Baskin-Robbins in Rolling Meadows is as bad as all the other reviews. We gave this location a shot because they had the cake ready in 24 hours designation even though it 's farther than a couple other locations. We ordered the classic Oreo cake and instead got something that looks like a 10 year old decorated it! It 's embarrassing to serve. They should be ashamed of themselves!! Fail!
This experience was absolutely terrible. It wasn't just a one-time issue; my third visit here will definitely be my last. I thought perhaps I just had bad luck with the staff on previous occasions, but it seems like there’s a lack of competent employees overall. The restaurant is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the staff is clueless about their menu and completely ignores customer requests.
I visit this place frequently with my kids, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff at the counter are friendly and treat customers well. I've never encountered any issues during my visits. Occasionally, we even receive a complimentary donut! My kids and I really enjoy coming here. Additionally, there's a lovely park at the back of the plaza where we can spend time together.
We've visited this restaurant several times over the past couple of years, and unfortunately, each time at least one of us has ended up with food poisoning. Honestly, you'd be better off heading to the nearby grocery store and picking up some ice cream instead. Book a table now
0 stars if I could. We waited forever while the guy working there saw us and refused to serve us, he hid in the back. My boyfriend warned me he’s walked out of this one every time, now I see why. Don’t waste your time! Pathetic, complete lack of service.
2019 3* Used to love it here. But it has lost its charm a few years back. Malts are not good. Shakes are ok. In general, nothing special.
Can you fix the hours on Google.I made my way over and the shop was closed.Please thanks
