What an outstanding experience! After trying to schedule seating at other restaurants nearby I was thrilled when I found you online seating reservations. The manager called me say of the event to confirm everything and asked what I needed to make it a great experience. The staff took my cake when I arrived and kept it in kitchen until I was ready, the placed the candles and brought it out lite. Ryan, our server was just fantastic. He was friendly by joining in making jokes with us, attentive by keeping our drinks full and bringing out the cake, plates and silverware to serve it, and flexible by managing few other tables beside mine and still not missing a beat. Everyone who came was pleased...
First Mongolian BBQ I've been to in central Florida, I grew up going to these types of restaurants since my dad was stationed in Okinawa when I was 5yrs old. The experience was different but good from my usual. Being sat took the regular few minutes (party of 7). The server going over the menu and instructions was good, but missed the fact that 2 in our party were kids under 11 and we were unaware of a kids menu until after they went through the Mongolian line. Stayed on top of our drinks and regularly touched the table. Prices were typical of the same niche restaurants I've been to when traveling, service was on par and location was in a great shopping centre with other stores and restauran...
We’ve been to this location several times and it has always been great. This last time we went, the cook was resting the cooking utensils (that they use for the grill) on the floor, the tea was terribly sour (although the waitress was nice enough to get my husband a new drink of Mountain Dew that he asked for in its place), and the sections where you fill your bowl with food was a mess. There was very little chicken, different veggies were mixed in with everything
We had a party of 11 ladies. Our server never communicated with us. he never gave us our checks, it took 40 minutes for us to get it. He handed all the tabs to one lady and left without saying anything. He could have got around a 10 dollar tip from me but instead i didn't give him a penny. The manager was very sweet. the food was wonderful.
