You're more than incapable. You're deliberately lying! You told me by chat this morning that the parcel relay that we chose when we placed order (error of your part, because you delivered the package to the wrong place) would be closed in May, out of that is false! I just called them and they'll be open throughout May. But what a shame to take your clients for idiots! There are no other words! And bravo to delete the comments! Your attitude is shameful! The package would have arrived on April 17. The settlement check was cashed. 2 customer service calls: useless we are told that this is not part of the procedures despite the error coming from you! You're not doing anything to fix your mistak...
