We recently stayed at the Benebola Hotel and Suites for a hen party weekend, and honestly, we were blown away. There were 16 of us in total, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely massive way bigger than we anticipated which made getting ready as a group so much easier. Everything was spotless too. You could tell the rooms were really well looked after, and that level of cleanliness made a big difference to our stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Nous avons séjourné à deux adultes avec deux enfants en bas âge à l’hôtel Benabola, que nous avions choisi notamment pour la possibilité de recharger notre voiture 100 électrique. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante. Après une nuit, nous avons constaté qu’un même véhicule occupait la borne de recharge depuis plus de 24 heures, nous laissant dans l’impossibilité de recharger notre voiture, au point de nous retrouver a 5 . Malgré cela, aucun effort n’a été fait par l’équipe pour contacter le propriétaire du véhicule, pourtant client de l’hôtel. Very noisy location. Impossible to sleep a single night cause of only one reason. No soundproofing. The windows are fine like cigarette paper. So you can hear every people talking in the street like they are in your bed. Then imagine all the drunk people going out as Puerto Banus. A disaster in terms of people. A so nice and luxury place full of awful people. Cars are going very fast in the street of Benabola hotel because there is no bumper. Crazy. And you can add the excavation construction in the street as well. Without changing the windows, this hotel is overpriced for the level of the comfort. Bathroom is out of age.
Hotel Benabola in una posizione interessante vicino al porto, ma nel complesso non all’altezza delle aspettative. Il garage è piuttosto difficile da raggiungere e poco pratico. La stanza, prenotata come doppia uso singolo, aveva due letti singoli . I bagni sono la parte migliore: moderni e ben tenuti. You book a 2 bedrooms appartement and you have to pay for the kids extra charges of 30 euros… Beds are very very small 0,8 and 1,40 in master room You have to clean kitchen bfr departure otherwise 30 euros charges Benabola not the same as before… Check in with an old man took me 30mn for 4 passeport and get very nervous when i said it takes very long time … Check out at 11:30 but they start calling non stop from 11… Last time going there If u have choice go somewhere else
