Berkeley North - Table reservation

I am pescatarian, so when I heard about Berkley North, I was SUPER excited. I went for dinner with a friend last night and they did not disappoint. I loved the tapas style dining because it gave us the option to try so many amazing dishes. We ordered probably 10 different things and each was just as incredible as the last. Every dish was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our highlights were definitely the delectable edamame dumplings and the squash tempura. Sophia was our server and she was attentive and lovely. I tried every vegan option when I left, they were all amazing. It doesn't seem like the vegan options here were a last minute. There are also more vegetarian options that looked great. I would especially recommend tomato toast and avocado salad (if the menu has not changed). I appreciate restaurants that change their menu seasonally. The server was very knowledgeable about what was vegan and what could be made vegan. Also not as expensive as intended for the quality of food.

These guys put a lot of effort in creating unique, interesting (and tasty) veggie options. We loved the teriyaki Aubergine and the avocado salad. Plates are meant as shareables, so they are smaller than standard parts. So you can try many different things.

Just because this much a 100% vegan restaurant does not mean that they do not make 100% delicious vegan food. The teriyaki Auberginen app is AMAZING. their falafels are also crispy and perfect to build lunch in their own bowl.

They often had a lot of vegan food and specialties, but now the menu is mostly meat. It is still really delicious, but it is sad to see that they change the menu so much
