AWFUL SERVICE! Took my wife and child to Bistro 1501 for Mother's Day Brunch. Yes, the food was great, but the service was absolutely awful. Once seated, it took forever to receive drinks. Guest are not assigned a waiter/waitress, all the employees work together. Being a buffet, we had several plates that were not cleared, and drinks were never refilled. I mentioned our concerns to an employee, but nothing became of it. I then spoke with a manager who sent someone over that took care of the situation. the food was delicious and the picture perfect. the server were spectacular and very friendly. they would definitely recommend if they were in this hotel.
Best place in the area for Sunday brunch...Served by Ann. She was very attentive.
