observed at ordering sushi! we ordered sushi, but suppe. should be our fault, and they were still so three times and insisted that we pay you. I also observed throughout the whole discussion, as in the kitchen a peeled pinzette fell on the dirty floor and this was simply removed and further processed. never again!
