Bole Ethiopian Cuisine

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely restaurant! We were promptly greeted and sat. Our server was very sweet and attentive and had great suggestions. The food was DELICIOUS! We loved all of the dishes we tried. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The best part was the owner Solomon. He was very present during our entire meal and checked on us frequently! He went out of his way to provide us with a delicious dessert to celebrate our anniversary! We can’t wait to come back!

The food was excellent and presented beautifully. The staff was friendly, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The atmosphere had warm colors that made it feel cozy. The reason I wouldn’t give them 5 stars is because the kitchen had a problem with execution. Three of us were done with our meal by the time the fourth person got their food. Maybe that meal took longer, but then that should have been communicated. Overall though, a good experience.

This was my first time having Ethiopian food and it was delicious. The service was quick. The staff were nice and friendly. They explained each dish to me. The ambiance was nice. I loved the experience and food here.
