Bonefish Grill - Table reservation

I visited the restaurant last night with my partner to which we should have left. We sat waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to acknowledge our presence. We weren't provided water or anything else. As we were about to leave a waitress came up to our table and asked if we were seen and we told her no. A few mins later a waiter then introduced himself and informed us that he would be taking care of us. He did not apologize for having us wait for that length of time, as he saw us waiting while he served others near our table. As we ate we felt harassed and rushed as if we were not welcomed. what is going on with bonefish westlake? my man and I had a terrible experience on Saturday night 11. juni 2022 at 17.45. we only sat to our reservation to wait and wait until the server came to us. I know that she was a big party, but why were 3 or 4 servers close to the bar? I think each of them could have come to us and could order at least one drink. we waited a long time for our food to come and both of us commented that all foods were either cold or not cooked properly. we've been driving for a long time after bonefish westlake by willoughby ohio, but we could get really cold french french riders at mcdonald's in willoughby, ohio. ohio

Great place for a romantic,family,or busyness meal. First time here and the customer service and the food amazing. Will definitely go back and recommend to my love ones

we like to eat here, eating is consistently good. we had the salmon with the lump-crebsen, excellent!
