Hello, Mr. Preteux I bought 2 kings' cakes at 7am this morning and you see me disappointed with the presentation of your galette without rigid support underneath and any packaging. Apart from the taste you inherited from the Loubere recipe, your cake missed cooking; A little pasty At the end of 2 parts eaten, we no longer want to take another while before we would have eaten the whole cake. Of course it’s hard to be up to an institution, that’s why it deserves all your attention!!!
