It's Braums whats not to like about Braums?! One of the only fast food places I like. The ice cream is great, and they always have fun seasonal flavors. The fries are another fav. The burgers are good and fresh. Customer service is usually pretty good as well. The condiment section is usually in need of something; ketchup, napkins or other and the employees seem annoyed anytime you ask for something that is missing from this area. That's about my only complaint! The grocery section is higher priced than other stores, but is convenient to grab something while in the store, especially milk or ice cream!
I love Braums and eat frequently at the one on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith Arkansas. The last time my friends and I went there it was very hectic with no apparent manager. One worker was taking orders for food and also doing the ice cream
Worst experience at a Braums ever. Tried to purchase items from the market stood at the register for 15 minutes and no one came. I'll stick to the Oklahoma Braums they are run better!
We got waffle cones and a bag of burgers. The food was typical fast food but the ice cream was a hit! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance.
