Visited on 8/05 as we hadn’t been for a while but won’t be back.Arrived at 5pm and it was one thing after another that went wrong. We were informed the carvery was done and we had to order from main menu.One of our party ordered battered fish which was dry and came with skin on.(When we questioned this we were told that it came from an English company?)Others had salad that wasn’t fresh and some of our order had been reheated.The juice machine was off.The soft play was closed and the service was very slow. I understand that companies are under pressure but this was the worst post covid experience we have had eating out which is a shame as we live locally and are all for supporting local busi...
this place could be better. eating is average. I had the Ktikka-Curry today and it was not soothing, it was like water as someone else mentioned, and the nan was solid and not edible. our last visit I had the huge yorkshire pudding and could hardly eat it. it is a great place, as it has a soft game that children can get in and out with the bracelet and it is cheap, it has a park, was never busy on our visit beautiful layout. it has so much potential. friendly staff. with a good clean, perhaps reduced menu size to help it be amazing!
I was greeted by Claire and she made me feel so at home and relaxed as soon as I walked in and Delilah a very notable experience on the next nite Gemma was on the bar and she did brilliantly taking food orders and drinks a real asset to the team looking forward to returning next week and seeing jade the manager and the staff for another great week
This restaurant is a great little place with a play area in the back and a bar at the front. The food came quickly and the staff were all friendly and talkative. I will definitely be returning.
