I work part time for a food delivery platform in the Cary Morrisville area. This morning, 5 16 22, I visited Bruegger’s Bagels to pick up a customers order. Normally mobile orders are placed at a reserved area a few feet in front of the register. The order was not ready when I arrived, and the staff were serving a couple other customers that were already in the store… so I waited next to the delivery pick up table for my customers order. There were 4 total workers. Neither of them greeted or even acknowledged, but definitely noticed me. While waiting, another male customer entered the store and was immediately greeted and served. I believe the owner responded to my initial review, but I want to clarify that my disappointment during my visit was not related to inconvenience. It's disappointing that the owner's response did not include an apology or even a mention of the rudeness I described in my review. Many other customer reviews have shared similar experiences. If the owner can so easily overlook rudeness, perhaps I shouldn't expect better behavior from the staff.
I absolutely love Bruegger's! I frequently grab breakfast sandwiches there whenever I can. Even though the line can be long on weekends, it's definitely worth the wait, and they serve customers quickly. The sandwiches I get for my family are always fresh, hot, and delicious! Plus, the cashier, who is always the same person, is really friendly. I hope they open the dining room soon as the weather gets warmer!
I had the western bagel sandwich so often his nostalgic taste for me. this is the first time I visited this bruegger, as I also work at 6 o'clock. thanks to the quality and balance of eating and fast service and cleanliness at this brueggers my holiday started perfectly. to the happiness recovered from pandemic, this place remains reliable.
