I seldom visit this McDonald's due to the consistent issues I've had with the staff. Each time I go, my order is always wrong. I can't understand how they can confuse a chicken sandwich with a 10-piece nugget when I clearly state “chicken sandwich” at least five times. One employee even asked me if I wanted a 5-piece nugget instead. Then, I ordered a medium iced coffee, but they gave me a small iced coffee, and it wasn’t even the flavor I wanted. On another occasion, I ordered a certain flavor of Frappuccino and received a completely different size and flavor. I was so fed up that I decided not to make a fuss about it and just moved on with my day. It’s frustrating that I’m ordering just one...
The manager Brandon is not a problem solver or even knowledgeable of how to fix an order. we made an order on the McDonald's App for pick up and didn't want to fill order due to being order on app with different phone number even tho food was paid for.
I just drove to Marengo to grab a tasty Peppermint Mocha and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Should I bring them back to Belvidere, or should I just keep heading to Marengo? Update: They brought back the bagels and Peppermint Mocha!
