I visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was relatively busy. 1) The chairs and tables were not arranged properly. It was messy, with some too close together and others far apart. We were too close to the table beside us, with the backs of our chairs already touching. 2) The service was inconsistent. Orders were taken for parties that arrived after us. Thankfully, we got our food first, but we received our water, utensils, and napkins last. The food would be brought out without anything else. The servers were all friendly, but friendliness doesn't help much when we've been waiting a while for water. We had to stand up to ask for utensils. 3) The food came out quickly but was not hot. Buffalo Wild wings in Pleasanton seems to be a little diferent than most, The bar area has a great atmosphere but service seems limited not sure if it has to do with short staff or staff just not wanting to be on the floor much. We spent part of our time there looking for someone everytime someone needed either a refill, napkins, dip for the wings and so on.
This location will constantly staff with only 1 waitress. Tonight she had 9 tables when we were there, needless to say, a waitress can't keep up with that. Not her fault, but it's always like this there. I give up on this location.
Regular Bufallo Wings rest. Good customer care service pleny TV for watch sporot or event. Presentation food need improvement more apetecible to the Book a table now
If I can give zero stars that would be the rating. Bad service, dirty atmosphere, and food ingredients missing from order.
The Buffalo chicken salad was pathetic and expensive...2 small pieces of chicken...your a Buffalo chicken place...never
